FALCONS RELEASE PRESEASON SCHEDULE

Springfield, MA – The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today their 2009-10 preseason schedule starting in September.  The Falcons will play a total of three preseason games, including two contests at the MassMutual Center. 

 

The Falcons two preseason home games will occur on Friday, September 25 when they host the Worcester Sharks at 7:30 PM.  Springfield will also play host to the Providence Bruins on Saturday, September 26 with the drop of the puck scheduled for 7:00 PM.  The Falcons will play one road preseason game when they take on Providence on Wednesday, September 23 at the New England Sports Center in Marlborough, MA starting at 7:00 PM.

 

“The preseason is always a good time for our fans to receive a sneak peek of the players that will be in training camp,” said Falcons President and General Manager Bruce Landon.  “We are expecting to have a very competitive training camp this year as we continue to prepare for our 2009-10 regular season opener.”
