LOCAL YOUNGSTER HAS SPECIAL LUNCH

January 2, 2012 - The Springfield Falcons, in conjunction with Subway, are giving youngsters a chance to eat lunch with their favorite Falcons player during the 2011-12 campaign.  On December 29, Justin from Ludlow, MA was the first winner of special lunch with #13 Cam Atkinson. 

Following practice during the holiday school vacation, Justin and Atkinson headed to the Subway location on Main Street in downtown Springfield and the two enjoyed some time talking about the Falcons and hockey in general.  Justin also attended the Falcons practice before this special lunch and had a chance to meet Atkinson's teammates as they concluded their workout that morning.

This is the first season that the Falcons have partnered with Subway to give local kids a chance to have lunch with members of the team.

Throughout the 2011-12 season, check out your local Subway to see how you can enter to win a FREE lunch with your favorite Falcons player!  One lucky fan each month will be randomly selected to have lunch at Subway with a player of their choice and receive an autographed Falcons t-shirt.
