FALCONS FAMILY COOKBOOKS HAVE ARRIVED

--Proceeds To Benefit The Cure For Breast Cancer--

February 1, 2012 – The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, unveiled today their very first “Falcons Family Cookbook,” which is currently on sale for just $10 with 100% of the net proceeds benefitting the Rays of Hope Baystate Health Systems and the cure for breast cancer.

“This is again something new we are doing that really benefits a great cause here in the Pioneer Valley,” said Falcons President and General Manager Bruce Landon.  “Rays of Hope continues their extensive research in the cure for breast cancer and we are proud to partner with such a wonderful charitable organization.”

This special cookbook features recipes from Falcons ownership, staff and players as well as special recipes from Columbus Blue Jackets General Manager Scott Howson and Assistant General Manager Chris MacFarland.

Falcons Family Cookbooks will be on sale at the Falcons Business Office at the MassMutual Center, at all home games and also on the Falcons Online Store (http://www.falconsonlinestore.com/shop/).
  
Ticket packages for the 2012-13 season are on sale and can be purchased by calling the Falcons Office at 413-739-GOAL.  The Falcons offer a variety of flexible ticket options including:  full season plans, 22-game packages, 14-game plans and 7-game packages.  Anyone making at least a $50 deposit by April 14 will receive a limited edition Season Ticket Holder Falcons Jersey once their ticket package is paid in full.  Each package includes flexible payment plans and exclusive invites to special events held throughout the season.
