Q: What are Flex tickets?

A: Flex tickets are undated ticket vouchers that are good for use at any of the Springfield Falcons regular season home games. The flex tickets can be used one at a time or all at once, and are fully transferable. To redeem the flex vouchers simply take as many as you intend to use to the box office window and exchange them for your actual game tickets. Flex tickets allow for more flexibility in your schedule and allow you to determine how and when you want to use them and for which games.

Q: Can I use Flex tickets for the Playoffs? 

A: No, flex tickets are good only for Regular Season home games.

Q: Does Season Tickets mean I need to purchase an entire season’s worth of tickets?

A: No. The Springfield Falcons offer season ticket packages where you pick the seat and the games in groups of 10 games, 22 games and a full season of 38 games. These plans are the only way to guarantee your seat for the games you want to attend.

Q: How do I exchange my tickets if I cannot attend a game? (Does not apply to flex plans)

A: Contact your ticket representative with the Falcons, 413-739-GOAL(4625), and they will walk you through the process of exchanging your tickets for a future date. You can also hand deliver your unused tickets to your ticket sales representative at a Falcons home game behind Section 31 at the F.L Roberts Fan Relations Center.

Q: Where do I pick up my tickets once I have issued them for exchange?

A: All tickets that are given to a Springfield Falcons ticket representative to exchange must be 5 days in advance of the date you wish to attend. All tickets that have been exchanged will be left at the Artiolli Dodge Pick Up window the night of the game they have been exchanged for. Q: What are the box office hours?

A: The MassMutual Center Box Office is open Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. For Falcons games, the box office is open through the end of the 2nd period. They also open 4 hours prior to any event being held at the MassMutual Center on a weekend.

Q: How do I find out if there is a promotion for a specific game?

Q: How Do I purchase single game tickets? What are the prices?

A: Single game tickets can be purchased through TicketMaster.com or by visiting the MassMutual Center Box Office. Prices vary based on game day/opponent. The best discounts are always available directly through the Springfield Falcons ticket sales team at 413-739-GOAL (4625). Call a representative today and find out more.

Q: What happens if a game is rescheduled?

A: If a game is rescheduled or cancelled for any reason, all tickets for the game will be honored for the make up or rescheduled event.

Q: What is your payment plan?

A: The payment plan is an option to put a deposit down on your ticket plan and then make payments to help soften the blow of your ticket plan on your wallet. The payment plan is a deposit of $50 per seat and then we will separate your balance into 4 equal payments with the balance being due by Oct. 1st 2013. You can call your ticket rep at the Falcons at any time for more information on the payment plan.

Q: Can I add seats at my season ticket prices? 

A: You can add tickets at your season ticket price for the 2013-14 season. However, if you would like to add seats for a game at your plan holder rate, you must submit this request 48 hours prior to the game you want to add seats for.

Q: Am I guaranteed a giveaway item on the nights you have free hand outs?

A: We do not guarantee giveaway items. We believe in fair play and in that spirit when we have a giveaway night we do not start giving the item away until 1 hour prior to the game start time and everyone who shows up early enough has equal opportunity for the item.

Q: Do you have a post game skate every Sunday?

A: We do not have a post game skate on every Sunday home game. We will have a couple of these, always on Sunday afternoons, and we will advertise them as appropriate. Please call your ticket rep or visit www.falconsahl.com for any updates on this information.
