SCREECH VISITS WITH KIDS AT THE GRANGER SCHOOL
The Springfield Falcons Official team mascot, Screech, has been a busy bird over the last week making personal visits to three different schools, while continuing his tour of high-traffic areas as the Falcons push towards 500 new season ticket packages by June 1.
Screech's most recent busy stretch of visits to schools started last Thursday, May 15 when he attended "Boggle for Books Night" at Woodland School in Southwick.
Less than 24-hours later, Screech was at Granger School in Agawam presenting an autographed sweatshirt to one of the highest selling schools as part of the Falcons' school spirit night program during the season.
On Saturday, May 17, Screech was off to Amelia Park in Westfield to take part in Juniper Park School's "Family Skating Night." Screech skated with Juniper Park families from 5-6:30 pm and signed autographs for kids during his 90-minute visit.
