DARRYL BOYCE SIGNS AHL CONTRACT

Darryl Boyce signed an AHL contract with the Falcons Friday after orginigally joining the Springfield squad on a professional tryout contract during training camp.

Boyce is tied for the team lead in goals (2) and is tied for second on the team with three points in three games. The veteran scored the Falcons' first goal of the season Saturday, October 5 versus the Manchester Monarchs. He added his second tally Sunday, October 13 when the team visited the Bridgeport Sound Tigers. Boyce's second score was a shorthanded goal.

The Falcons are back in action Friday at the Dunkin' Donuts Center to take on the Providence Bruins for the first of ten total matchups between the two teams. The team is back at the MassMutual Center Saturday, October 26 to host the Worcester Sharks at 7:00 p.m.
